Their expertise span across PR campaigns, content & creative, social, digital and inbound, marketing, communications planning and insights and impact campaigns.

They are seeking a passionate Senior Account Manager / Account Director with a background in healthcare creative communications to join their multifaceted team. If you have approximately 3+ years of experience and the drive to excel, you\'ll have the opportunity work on a range of campaigns, focusing on new creative and tactical strategies.

Responsibilities

Gain an in-depth understanding of clients\' businesses and their agency briefs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Proactively identify opportunities to expand accounts.

Support the Account Director in day-to-day account management.

Lead various projects/campaigns, contributing to strategic discussions and collaborating with planning to develop proposals.

Review work, offering constructive feedback on ideas.

Develop project timelines and budgets.

Coordinate resources, both internally and with client organisations.

Collaborate closely with creatives and producers to oversee suppliers.

Skills & Experience

Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients.

Capacity to work independently and remain composed under pressure.

Curiosity and eagerness to learn, continuously seeking new approaches and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

A passion for creativity and working with creatives to tackle client briefs innovatively.

Strong commercial acumen, capable of developing budgets and timelines to drive projects profitably.

Collaborative team player, capable of working effectively with planning, creative, and production teams.

The ideal candidate

Proven experience in healthcare campaigns, including UK and European/global campaigns.

Familiarity with delivering UK campaigns and a good understanding of ABPI.

Experience with Veeva Promomats and CRM platforms.

Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects.

Experience managing financials and budgets

Excellent KOL management skills

Experience within film and production
