Senior Commercial Manager - Furniture & Interiors

Style Matters is a UK-based bespoke furniture manufacturer specialising in high-end hospitality, leisure, and residential projects. We design, manufacture, and deliver custom seating and furniture for leading hotels, restaurants, private members' clubs, and designers, with all upholstery produced in-house. We are now expanding our commercial team as the business continues to grow, alongside the opening of our new London showroom.

We are looking for a senior, commercially driven individual to join us in a key client role. This position goes far beyond a traditional account manager and requires someone who can take full ownership of accounts from enquiry through to delivery.

The role will involve managing quotes, customers, projects, costing, procurement, and sales, as well as developing and growing key accounts. You will work closely with production, suppliers, and the wider team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the expected quality.

Key responsibilities:
Managing and developing client accounts
Preparing accurate quotes and detailed costings
Overseeing projects from enquiry through to installation
Managing procurement and supplier relationships
Driving sales and identifying opportunities for account growth
Maintaining strong commercial control and margin awareness

The ideal candidate:
Has experience within the furniture, joinery, or interiors industry
Is highly proficient with computer systems, spreadsheets, and quoting tools
Has strong commercial and costing experience
Is confident managing multiple projects and clients at once
Is organised, proactive, and solution-focused
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic commercial environment

This is a hands-on role that requires commitment and adaptability. Hours can be flexible, but the role requires ownership and follow-through.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 32,000.00-35,000.00 per year
