The Role

Reporting to the Head of Regions and Networks, you will manage opportunities through diligent sale pipelining and account management, achieving agreed targets through existing account penetration.
You will;
  • Develop and maintain relationships within your partner accounts, monitoring contractual performance and ensuring minimum requirements are met.
  • Support and manage partner calls and interactions, acting as the key entry point into the relevant operational team
  • Create and nurture long-term relationships, promoting high quality sales, supply and customer service processes
  • Undertake face to face and online meetings to review and consult on account performance, sharing best practice and understanding partner needs to identify opportunities
  • Prepare and present regular reports for partner accounts and internal teams, with narrative and insights
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity within the CRM, producing weekly and monthly reports to demonstrate activity and sales pipeline.

To be successful as our Senior Account Manager you have a demonstrable sales background within an insurer, insurance broker, finance company or bank.
You are;
  • Able to manage relationships, demonstrating the ability to resolve issues
  • An excellent negotiator and are driven to close business opportunities
  • Highly organised and able to balance effective account management with efficient administration systems
  • Able to travel for client meetings, conferences, exhibitions and sales meetings, with some overnight stays.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding levels of customer satisfaction
