Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid)Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to support the companyxe2x80x99s strategic shift from a traditional channel sales model to a direct key account approach. Based in London, the successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and managing major B2B client relationships, driving revenue growth, and promoting the companyxe2x80x99s unified communication solutions to senior-level stakeholders.Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio in the UK and surrounding regions.
  • Present and promote unified communication solutionsxe2x80x94including IP phones and video conferencing systemsxe2x80x94to senior decision-makers and C-level executives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring a seamless client experience and timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and operations teams to meet client requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and strategic client meetings.
  • Support and drive the transition to a direct sales model, targeting key enterprise accounts.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in B2B sales within the telecommunications or unified communications industry.
  • Demonstrated success in key account acquisition and management, with experience working with telecom operators, Fortune 500 companies, or state-owned enterprises.
  • Prior experience transitioning from channel sales to direct enterprise account development is highly desirable.
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or higher in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and long-term client partnerships.
