Role Overview:
We are seeking a
dynamic and self-motivated
a
Senior Account Manager
to join our growing team. This is a key client-facing role responsible for managing and growing long-term service and maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance, safety, and excellent service delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients.
Manage service contracts for fire alarms, AOV, sprinkler systems, extinguishers, emergency lighting, and other fire protection systems.
Act as the main point of contact for client queries, contract renewals, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with internal service, engineering, and operations teams to ensure contract SLAs are met.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow accounts and secure additional maintenance contracts.
Monitor account profitability, prepare quotes and proposals.
Ensure all work carried out meets current fire safety legislation and industry standards.
Provide regular reporting and feedback to senior management on account performance and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years
of experience in account management or client services, preferably in fire safety, building services, or facilities maintenance.
Strong understanding of fire protection systems and relevant safety regulations.
Proven experience managing service contracts and client relationships
Commercial awareness with a results-driven approach.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Full UK driving licence required.
