Account Revenue Growth



Drive the sales cycle; manage the entire sales process for opportunities within your client portfolio. Expand existing accounts; Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance product utilisation within our current client base. Strategic account planning; develop comprehensive account plans that align Flex Legal's goals with the strategic objectives of our clients, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and high client satisfaction. Pipeline & Forecast management; build, monitor, and report on sales pipelines and forecasts, ensuring accurate visibility of opportunities and revenue targets. Ownership of revenue targets within your client portfolio. Work closely with the marketing team to come up with thought leadership content for your segment and clients on topics which would be of interest to them

Client Relationship Management



Build Trust and Long-Term Partnerships; develop strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring clients' needs are understood and met through personalised talent solutions. Ensure we have met all the key decision makers and stakeholders within the key accounts to ensure we are not reliant on single points of contact Client advocacy; serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services. Problem solving and issue resolution; proactively address and resolve any issues or complaints, maintaining client confidence and securing long-term relationships. Regular communication; clearly communicate the progress of initiatives, product updates, and account performance to both internal and external stakeholders through regular reports and strategic reviews.

Internal Collaboration & Strategic Leadership



Cross-Functional Partnership; work closely with our Candidate team and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience and continuous improvement of service offerings. Feedback loop; collaborate with internal teams to relay client insights and market trends, influencing service development and enhancing the overall client experience. Mentorship and team contribution; assist in refining sales playbooks and account management strategies, with the potential to grow into a leadership role within the Client team.
Account Management / Sales experience; at least 6+ years in sales and/or account management, ideally within a talent agency, legal recruitment, or related professional services environment. Proven Sales success; a demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and expanding revenue streams within enterprise or strategic accounts. Client-Centric approach; experience in building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Analytical & Data-Driven; proficiency with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and analytical tools to monitor performance, forecast growth, and drive strategic decision-making. Strong communication skills; exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives. Market and Industry insight; an understanding of the talent marketplace and the specific challenges and requirements of legal recruitment, with the ability to translate this into actionable strategies. * Adaptability and proactivity; a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, continuously exploring innovative ways to drive client engagement and revenue growth.
