As a Senior Account Manager for one of our largest and most prestigious client accounts here at ITG, you will be responsible for all aspects of the management, development and delivery of the customers communication. You will carry responsibility for customer service delivery, as well as operational excellence.
You will support the Account Director to communicate, track and achieve all financial targets, adhere to commercial standards and optimise commercial benefits for our client.
Your responsibilities include:
Main responsibility is the print production of the retail side of the Costa Account; you will be the main BAU contact for all campaign activity
Liaising directly with the customer via phone, email on on site attendance
Processing large print campaigns with complex allocations, processing content and work through our online systems
Working with multiple internal departments in ITG
Proactively advising customers on cost savings and innovation
Providing quotes for all work to be undertaken aligned with contract commercial agreements
Liaising directly with suppliers to ensure best costs and smooth production
Manage the account financials and support AD at month end
Attend client MI meetings and be proactive in providing innovative solutions
Play a significant part in the management team of account, always looking for process improvements and efficiencies
Management of 1 x Account Managers
Attend client meeting either in London or on site in store as and when expected
