We're looking for an experienced and strategically minded Senior Account Manager to lead large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects across multiple clients. You'll manage complex accounts day-to-day, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard, while building trusted relationships at all levels.
Working closely with Account Directors, you'll lead client meetings, shape briefs, oversee planning and forecasting and guide creative and cross-discipline teams to deliver impactful work. You'll also play a key role in growing accounts, spotting opportunities and supporting pitches, while providing leadership, coaching and direction to more junior team members.

Experience
5+ years experience in account or project management within a creative agency - retail specific would be an advantage.
Proven track record managing large, multi-disciplinary projects and multiple clients simultaneously.
Confident working with budgets, forecasting, scoping, scheduling and reconciliation.
Familiarity with project management platforms (Synergist) is advantageous.
Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and leading client relationships day-to-day.
Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to lead meetings and articulate ideas confidently.
Logical thinker -- able to challenge briefs, interpret insights and support creative direction.
Highly organised with strong time management, able to manage teams, workloads and deadlines effectively.
Commercially aware -- able to identify opportunities, support pitches and drive organic account growth.
Deep understanding of cross-discipline creative workflows (retail, environments, digital, branding, motion, film).
A confident leader who can coach junior team members, build trust, resolve challenges and inspire collaboration.
Positive, proactive and solutions-focused, with high attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
