Senior Account Manager

Role summary


----------------



We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who will be reporting to our Senior Account Director. You'll be joining our fast-paced media and experiential team. Defining briefs, generating creative ideas and proposals is your day-to-day, you'll take ownerships of accounts and oversee campaigns from design to delivery. This is a client facing role which requires professional experience and industry knowledge to push for the best from all parties.


Key responsibilities

Qualify briefs, seeking and defining objectives Concept and pitch innovative ideas to progress and close sales Partner with Technical Production & Producers to quote for production and creative services Quickly build and maintain client relationships in a relaxed and personable manner Show a genuine interest in technology/ AV events and digital experiences Work to get projects efficiently into production, managing and overseeing projects from initial brief through to hand over to production teams Create professional looking presentations to clearly communicate ideas Reach out to new prospects and think strategically about potential new market opportunities Manage, nurture, and grow key accounts Support and run project meetings with your internal team to ensure creative and technical vision of project is achieved Drive and host client meetings, workshops and creative sessions with a wider team Leads creative proposal process as part of sales pipeline Be available to got to site for events and abroad on occasion

A strong sales focus is a must - you thrive on working to targets/deadlines and have an ambitious mindset. No problem is too big and your creativity knows no limits when it comes to finding solutions. Ultimately you have the drive to go that extra step for clients and campaigns!


Required attributes

5+ years events industry experience within a technical production/ company, agency or media Proven strong client management skills Understand how to effectively quote for production and creative services Ability to multitask without losing attention to detail Experience in the media and campaigns world A genuine interest in technology/ AV events and digital experiences Interest in innovative media and marketing trends, new technology and how these can be applied Proactively manage client expectations by pre-empting potential issues Confident problem solver who handles challenges with a calm and positive outlook Growth-focused mindset with a commitment to self-awareness and team development Ability to transform blue sky ideas into unforgettable experiences with technology, regularly working with budgets up to 250k+ Quickly build and maintain client relationships in a relaxed and personable manner
