Why This Role?




As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our business, managing and expanding relationships with key clients, driving business growth, and influencing IT strategy at the highest level. You'll act as a trusted advisor, leading complex client engagements and ensuring our managed IT services deliver maximum value, retention, and profitability.

What You'll Do:



Build and nurture executive-level relationships with C-suite and board stakeholders. Serve as the go-to escalation point for complex client issues and strategic decisions. Lead quarterly business reviews, presenting ROI, innovation opportunities, and long-term IT roadmaps. Influence client IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives. Develop and execute strategic account growth plans, targeting expansion, cross-selling, and upselling. Lead contract negotiations for high-value agreements. Present regular performance, pipeline, and forecast reports to senior leadership. Analyse account profitability, retention metrics, and market trends to inform business strategy. Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality proposals and strategic project scopes. Drive process improvement and lead change management initiatives within the account management function.

What We're Looking For:



Degree-level education or equivalent experience preferred. Advanced certifications in sales, account management, or IT (e.g., cloud, cybersecurity, ITIL). Deep understanding of the IT industry, market trends, and competitive landscape. Expertise in managed IT services, digital transformation, and business strategy. Experience in senior account management within the IT sector, with a proven track record of managing complex client portfolios and achieving sales targets. Exceptional influencing, consultative sales, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication abilities. Highly organised, analytical, and able to drive change and continuous improvement.
