The Opportunity

We're seeking a forward-thinking Senior Account Manager to join our friendly social and digital team. If you're a strategic digital thinker, passionate about earned-led storytelling, and thrive at the intersection of creativity, data, and innovation this might just be the role for you.



As a key client-facing member, you'll develop and support integrated programmes across sectors, with a strong corporate communications focus. You'll blend social, influencer, paid, content, and data insight to shape reputation, manage issues, elevate executive visibility, and drive measurable outcomes for leading global brands.

You'll work alongside a diverse, collaborative team at the forefront of digital trends, helping clients drive real change, whether it's building brand awareness, navigating crisis, or delivering performance-driven campaigns.


What You'll Do




Act as a key digital point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and understanding their business needs Lead day-to-day digital activity for marquee accounts, ensuring flawless execution and delivery Oversee the development of platform-specific social content and digital strategies Monitor and adapt campaigns using analytics and insight Apply digital trends and innovation to client briefs and agency thought leadership Manage budgets and account performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards Guide and mentor junior team members, supporting skill development and workload management Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business proposals and pitches Expand your media and industry network, representing the agency at events and sharing insights

About you




Experienced in digital within a communications agency, with a track record of delivering outstanding PR and social campaigns Adept at client management and providing strategic digital counsel Skilled in content creation, writing, presenting, and reporting Organised, proactive, and results-driven, with a passion for digital communications and innovation Collaborative, inclusive, and committed to continuous learning Excited by the opportunity to work across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, FMCG, hospitality, and more Ready to bring new ideas and creativity to a team that's making a real impact

Eligibility





You must have the right to work in the UK and be able to work in our Bankside office at least 3 days p/week.
