At TrackBack, we're on a mission to help our clients achieve excellence in Lead Management. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be the face of TrackBack, acting as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and solutions expert to a portfolio of clients--primarily in the automotive sector.

We're looking for someone who combines commercial savvy with client empathy, and who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while building long-lasting partnerships.

In this role, you will:

Be the go-to contact for your client base, representing TrackBack with confidence. Advise clients on best practices for using our solutions to drive sales and satisfaction. Lead strategic meetings, quarterly reviews, and multi-agency collaborations. Identify growth opportunities within accounts and contribute to sales forecasting. Produce detailed monthly performance reports, translate insights into actionable recommendations and support R&D with market intelligence. Escalate and resolve issues effectively, maintaining our service excellence.

You should have:

Proven experience in the management and development of client relationships, ideally in the automotive sales or marketing space. Excellent communicator, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working independently, using your initiative to work to tight deadlines and manage your own schedule. Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong numeracy and attention to detail. Fluent in English (additional languages are a big plus!)
