Partnership with our clients takes centre stage in our operation. We are looking for a dedicated and personable Senior Account Manger to strengthen relationships, provide excellent managerial guidance, and promote client engagement to drive our business forward.
Objectives and responsibilities of this role
leading and motivating the team
Setting clear goals, deadlines and reporting
Delegation of tasks
Managing performance through target setting, coaching and feedback
Responsible for overseeing account management plans & portfolios
Ensuring effective communication
Coordinating with other departments & department leads
Reporting on team progress and results to Director
Enable Proactive Account Management Strategy.
Encourage the building and nurturing of strong client relationships.
Present data to at agreed frequency - including commercials, operational performance and clinical trends
Required Skills and qualification:
Experience in successfully Managing a Sales and/or Customer Service Team
Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities
Excellent IT, written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
