Hexagon\xe2\x80\x99s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division(Hexagon) is seeking a Senior Account Manager.

As a leader in the Enterprise Asset Management Application space our ultimate ambition is to create an industrial facility that can think for itself. You can join us on this journey as a Senior Account Manager within the Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division.

As our Senior Account Manager for Enterprise Asset Managment Sales you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and pursuing opportunities to a successful close in the UK & Ireland region. Strong experience of selling to and working with Enterprise Asset Management target industries is required as you position the Hexagon EAM product portfolio. You will work with targeted accounts to create, progress, and win new opportunities and manage existing customers. You will be capable of developing executive level relationships and driving sales through opportunity planning, executive involvement and value selling.

If you are an experienced, successful sales professional, with a background in selling SaaS EAM propositions, comfortable with challenging and guiding customers via consultative, value-based selling with a passion for industry knowledge and problem solving you should read on.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Sales Professional to join the Hexagon Northern Europe EAM team during a period of growth and integration to Hexagon\xe2\x80\x99s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division.

You will:

  • Be responsible for Leading Hexagon EAM SaaS solution sales to the assigned industries and territory, aligning business development and sales activities with the right strategy to achieve the annual sales target.
  • Prepare, own, and maintain your territory plan and own the end-to-end sales process including working with demand generation, pre-sales, professional services and value engineering teams.
  • Ensure complete CRM hygiene including, accurate forecasting, quoting, business approvals and reporting.
  • Create and maintain strategic relations with business partners, customers, prospects and internal stakeholders by building a strong network and collaboration with Sales leadership and global teams. Be accountable for connecting the right people in your customers and prospects to the right people in Hexagon and our partners at the right time.
  • Be a strategic, agile and visionary sales person who is comfortable delivering high value presentations to senior executives (CxO) as well business, engineering and technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with your customers, partners and our professional services team to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience of selling software solutions in the Enterprise Asset Management space.
  • A demonstrated history of selling complex solutions while achieving and exceeding your sales quota.
  • Know-how of Cloud solutions and business applications to enable you to be a credible point of contact for your customers and prospects.
  • The ability to analyse complex business, customer and industry challenges that can be addressed with EAM and quickly articulate the quantifiable benefits using your customers situation and language.
  • Knowledge of sales approaches and methodologies such as Challenger and MEDIC/MEDPIC
  • Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including C-level executives.
  • Ability to work with multiple customers/prospects of all sizes.
  • Natural skills in building relationships, negotiating and objection handling to find support to drive success.
  • Outstanding verbal and written English.
