Senior Account Manager
to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role combines client relationship management, eCommerce website oversight, and hands-on digital marketing delivery, offering a clear pathway to become
Head of Marketing or Head of Agency
as we scale.
About the Role
As Senior Account Manager, you will manage key client accounts, oversee service delivery, and drive measurable growth through innovative digital strategies. Approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to managing the eCommerce website of a major client, while the remainder will focus on supporting multiple accounts across Google Ads, SEO, and social media campaigns. You will work closely with our in-house digital marketing team, ensuring high standards of delivery and maintaining strong, trust-based client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted strategic partner.
Manage an eCommerce website, including uploading products, monitoring performance, and driving conversions.
Plan, implement, and optimise
Google Ads campaigns
, ensuring they meet client KPIs and deliver measurable ROI.
Contribute to
SEO projects
, supporting keyword research, on-page optimisation, and performance analysis.
Collaborate on
social media marketing campaigns
, ensuring alignment with wider business strategies.
Use
Zoho CRM (or similar)
to manage client activity, track results, and generate performance reports.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and strategy documents.
Once you have established yourself in your role, you will help us recruit, lead, and mentor junior account managers, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, with a particular focus on
construction sector marketing
(advantageous).
Skills & Experience
Proven
B2B account management
experience, ideally within an agency environment.
Strong track record of achieving sales and marketing targets.
Google Ads Certification
with demonstrable experience managing high-performing campaigns.
Hands-on experience with
WordPress
, including product uploads and eCommerce management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed recommendations.
Proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
Leadership qualities with experience mentoring or managing team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and confidently to clients.
Knowledge of construction or trade-related marketing is highly desirable.
