Duties
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS.
Manage full-cycle accounting including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Perform budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Lead internal and external audits, liaising with auditors as required.
Support management with financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics.
Mentor junior accountants and oversee accounting team activities to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in finance operations.
