AJ Chambers are delighted to be in partnership with an award-winning leading firm of Accountants and Business Advisers. They have seen dramatic growth in recent years which has made them one of the largest accountancy firms in the UK.

As a result of this growth, they are now looking to invest in new skills set even further and are currently looking for an Accounts Senior to join their Peterborough ffice.

Key responsibilities:

No two days or projects are the same. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

• Review of more complex UK GAAP and IFRS GAAP accounts and consolidations, leading IFRS conversions on behalf of clients.
• Drafting responses to technical accounting queries from clients, reviewing valuations work and acquisition accounting.
• Providing support to your clients from an accounting perspective
• Assist in the training and development of more junior team members to guide their journey.

Required experience:

• You will ideally an ACCA/ ACA qualified accountant.
• You\'ll have a breadth of knowledge on complex accounting queries.
• You will have a strong attention to detail and be comfortable rectifying queries as soon as they are brought to your attention.
