The programme is designed to help bridge potential experience gaps to make a smoother transition into industry finance roles.
The team at Hutcheon Mearns have walked in your shoes. We are a team of practice-experienced, qualified financial professionals who have worked in all areas of the finance world. A team with years of experience under our belts, ready to share expert insight into how to build a successful career in finance.
Joining as a Senior Accountant, you will work with our team across different parts of the business during a bespoke two-year training programme. You will gain experience across all areas of accounting and finance and can either be offered a permanent position as a Specialist Interim with Hutcheon Mearns at the end of it or be placed by our Resourcing team into an industry role that you know is right for you.
