A role suitable for a part qualified accountant who is seeking further development. You will receive exposure with larger clients and the ability to be involved with the growth and development of a portfolio - both of which will open plenty of career options.

Based in the Kettering office, you will develop your career as a Senior Accountant as a key addition to their accounts and trust teams. As you develop within the role you will take on a portfolio of clients preparing accounts, review work of junior staff and provide wider services for overseas clients. The managerial/senior managerial and director support will support and develop the right person making this transition from a more standard accountancy practice role and will encourage, support and develop the right professional. The team is growing in response to an expanding and more demanding client base this is an excellent opportunity to join a team at the next stage in its growth, with excellent appraisal systems in place and genuine progression on offer as you develop, grow and carve an influential role in this team.

You may be any of AAT and/or ACA or ACCA part qualified with around 3 years\' experience and the right approach. You will have gained experience within an accountancy practice environment as a Senior, or similar level. Your experience will have been gained in any of Top ten, 50, large/medium/small, independent firm background. You will have a strong grounding in any of audit, accounts, tax and general accountancy practice services and you will be looking to progress in your career, following qualification.
