About Us:

Heighten Accountants is a forward-thinking accountancy firm focused on growth, client success, and building long-term relationships. We are looking for a commercially minded Senior Accounts & Business Development Manager to join our team in Walthamstow.

The Role:

Manage and grow an existing client portfolio. Drive new business acquisition and develop long-term client relationships. Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to strategic initiatives. Collaborate with the leadership team to expand the firm's client base.

About You:

ACCA qualified with senior management experience in accountancy practice (10+ years preferred). Proven track record in business development and client portfolio management. Entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and highly motivated to drive growth. Comfortable with a flexible remuneration package (base salary plus commission/OTE).
