We are searching for a highly organised and proactive individual to provide essential frontline support to two incredible specialist services across inner London: the Community Dietetics Service and the Specialist Weight Management Service (SWMS) .
The Community Dietetics Service is a proactive and successful team of dietitians and dietetic assistant practitioners, working across the three inner boroughs of London (Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham).
SWMS, based in Kensington and Chelsea, is a Tier 3 weight management service that supports people living with severe obesity to lose weight and improve their health. The team brings together expertise from dietitians, a physiotherapist, a clinical psychologist and a physician, working collaboratively to deliver compassionate and empowering care.
As the post holder, you will play a vital role in providing front-line administrative support to both teams, ensuring efficient processes and smooth service delivery. Strong time management, excellent communication, organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.

Provide a front line service to both teams by managing incoming telephone queries and emails, taking appropriate action in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain efficient filing systems, oversee office supplies, and support the management of clinical equipment.
Take responsibility for confirming appointments, communicating appointment details clearly to patients, carers, and clinicians, and ensuring effective handovers.
Manage team members' clinical rotas to support service continuity.
Monitor and manage administrative processes relating to CLCH's data reporting, including waiting times and ethnicity reporting, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
