We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Administrative Assistant to be based within the Office of the Secretary-General. The successful candidate will support the Office Manager and provide corporate support office-based activities and operational administrative service in the Executive Office of the Secretary-General, interfacing with the Office Manager and the Commonwealth organisations on a wide range of issues.
Duties include managing the Secretary-General's diary, drafting and producing correspondence, liaising with internal and external parties at all levels, and supporting the Secretary-General in official meetings. The successful candidate will also be required to support the Secretary-General in matters relating to travel, financial procedures, and project work.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need a degree in business administration, social sciences, or equivalent. You will also need at least five years of demonstrated administrative experience, as well as experience in undertaking research and presentations.
