As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a highly capable senior administrator to strengthen our operational support and enhance the performance of our office team.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Administrative Support Assistant with strong organisational abilities and excellent computer skills. This role is suited to someone with solid administrative experience who is ready to take on a more proactive and responsible position.
Working closely with management and the existing admin team, you will support the coordination of workflows, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to improving internal processes. You will be central to maintaining smooth office operations and helping the business scale effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing and managing the shared helpdesk inbox, ensuring timely, high-quality responses and accurate data entry
Handling complex or escalated enquiries from clients and contractors
Monitoring live jobs within our job management system and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records
Producing reports, spreadsheets, and documentation to support operational performance
Supporting day-to-day office operations and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently
Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve workflows within the admin function
Assisting management with coordination tasks, planning, and general administrative support
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a senior administrative or coordination role
Advanced IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and other digital tools
Confident working with job management software or CRM systems
Strong communication skills, with a professional manner via phone and email
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, reactive environment
Proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to improve systems and processes
What We Offer
Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
Salary:
25,600 - 29,950
per annum (depending on experience)
