Senior Administrator
to join our vibrant team and play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of our busy administration department.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, support, and coordinate the administrative team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of tasks.
Oversee the allocation and prioritisation of workloads in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain high standards of accuracy in all administrative processing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Act as a central point of contact, ensuring smooth communication across all levels of the organisation.
Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance departmental processes.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a senior administrative or coordination role.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and confident approach.
A proactive mindset and the ability to lead by example.
Experience within the fire protection, construction, or engineering sectors is desirable but
not
essential.
