Senior Administrator
to provide vital operational support and ensure the smooth delivery of our housing management and asbestos survey contracts.
About the Role
Reporting to the
Operations Manager
, you'll oversee the coordination of contracts and operational activities -- from scheduling and reporting to process improvement and compliance tracking. You'll act as the central link between clients, tenants, and internal teams, ensuring communication is professional, efficient, and solutions-focused.
What You'll Do
Manage and coordinate multiple operational contracts to ensure performance targets are achieved
Prepare, issue, and validate technical reports within set deadlines
Support KPI tracking, producing accurate weekly and monthly performance reports
Maintain and update operational databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate
Collaborating with the accounts team to address and resolve contract-related payment queries.
Oversee document control and ensure compliance with company procedures and audit requirements
Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
Support the onboarding and training of new administrative staff
Assist in tender and bid preparation by collating data and documentation
Take the lead on internal and client-facing communications, ensuring consistent professional standards
Provide proactive support to senior management, anticipating needs and offering solutions
What You'll Bring
2-3 years' experience in a similar administrative role (experience in asbestos, housing, or construction is advantageous)
Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
A proactive, professional attitude and the ability to manage priorities independently
Strong analytical, reporting, and multitasking abilities
Keen attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
