An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh as a Senior Administrator within the Faculties team. This is a six-month temporary role, supporting a diverse and high-profile portfolio of work within the Faculty of Pre-Hospital Care.
You'll be working at the heart of a dynamic and mission-driven team, engaging directly with volunteer clinicians, College staff, and external partners to deliver critical education and governance services.
What you'll be doing:
Providing high-quality administrative support for key education programmes, events, and governance activity.
Managing meeting logistics and documentation, including agendas, papers, minutes, and action tracking.
Supporting projects and processes related to volunteer engagement and membership.
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Contributing to the smooth running of Faculty systems and services.
