ABOUT THE ROLE
In the role as Senior Administrator attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively will be key to the success of our site administration function. You will be responsible for supporting the team in ensuring procurement processes run smoothly to help the organisation achieve its operational and strategic goals
As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Provide administrative support for the procurement function, including managing and updating supply chain price files and agreements and placing overhead orders.
Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records
Producing reports, presentations & documentation to support procurement activities when required
Facilitating the onboarding process for new suppliers and overseeing the procurement inbox
Coordinating travel & meetings for the team
Perform general office duties as required
