Oversee accurate clinical data kept on the Urgent Care Pathway, which includes the ARC and the IDT team, and other urgent care pathways. Be responsible for the Urgent Care Pathway referrals data and reporting on Key Performance Indicators for the Urgent Care Pathway and related clinicians. Assist the multi-disciplinary community team in delivering a seamless functioning of Urgent Care Pathway through effective communication, general administration, minute taking of relevant meetings and appropriate interactions with service users, staff, and visitors. Be responsible for overseeing effective delivery of administrative duties as required to ensure continuity of service delivery to bridge gaps in admin capacity. To be responsible for the effective an efficient operation of the administrative support within Urgent Care Pathway. To ensure the accurate and timely completion of monthly/weekly data reports for the service as required. To organise, attend and minute relevant meetings. Provide administrative assistance to the Urgent Care Pathway clinicians as required. To provide administrative cover for relevant services when required. To maintain a working knowledge of the Patient Journey System (EPJS). To ensure that data is recorded accurately across the service so that information can be retrieved for activity reporting and monitoring at a senior level. To work with the Senior Business Manager to oversee the Urgent Care Pathway's KPIs. To deliver identified administrative tasks efficiently, effectively and to a high standard, including communicating with referrers, families and other agencies as needed. Review and develop existing administrative systems in conjunction with administrators, Team Leaders, Business Managers, senior clinical and management staff to ensure efficient and effective services. To produce statistical and service data reports, including monthly waiting list reporting. To ensure confidentiality is maintained in all matters relating to clients and their records.
