We are seeking a highly capable and organised
Senior Administrator
to support our fast-paced production team during a peak period. This is a position ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment. You will play a key role in supporting the Modification team with a variety of administrative tasks. If you have teaching or school experience this may suit you well!
Key Responsibilities
Support the modification team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Type up documents, reports, and correspondence in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat with a high standard of spelling and grammar.
Track jobs and maintain accurate records using internal systems.
Liaise with external consultants as required.
Assist with stock management for models.
Provide project support to theModifications manager and wider team, helping coordinate activities and ensuring deadlines are met.
Ensure all paperwork, labelling, and documentation are produced correctly and stored appropriately.
Respond to internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in a senior administrative role, ideally in a busy environment.
Some experience of project coordination or project management.
Strong typing skills with excellent spelling, grammar, and attention to written detail.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook) and other digital tools.
Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
