Job Description


Pertemps are recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join our public sector client in the Craigmillar area of Edinburgh on a temporary basis.
Role - Senior Administrator
Location - Craigmillar
Hours - Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week, between 0830 - 1700
Duration - Temporary, ongoing
Rate of Pay - 14.93 per hour
Start date - ASAP
The successful candidate will be joining an established team and will be carrying out, but not be limited to:

  • Call handling
  • Scheduling and booking travel and transport arrangements
  • Completing administrative tasks, including ordering and invoice processing
  • Working as part of a team and with stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Dispatching vehicles and allocating routes using bespoke technology
  • Adhering to policies and procedures
  • Carrying out any other tasks as required
You should have a proven track record in a similar administrative role and be an excellent team player.
If you are successful, you will be required to apply for a basic disclosure, costing 25.
