Heathrow IRC is an Immigration Removal Centre based at Heathrow that houses detainees potentially waiting for deportation. Practice Plus Group are recruiting for a Senior Administrator to lead a team of 5 Administrators, you will report into the Lead Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience in Counter Terrorism Clearance and compliance.

Salary
This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to 32,000 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing
As a
Senior Administrator
, your responsibilities will vary. You will
Contribute to the delivery of administration services in a senior role within an office setting, providing administrative support to the healthcare team, wider Practice Plus Group organisation and the prison.
The role will include working within a busy team, supervising admin staff, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, coordinating internal and external hospital appointments.
Provide general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, use of clinical IT systems, Security Clearance, reporting and monitoring, formulating clinical templates.
Provide relief cover for other administrative duties and roles as required.
Ensure post is collected, open, sorted and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
Co-ordinate local complaints and concerns, including logging complaints.
Co-ordinate and respond to initial solicitor's letters where there is a request for clinical records

NVQ 2 Business Administration or Equivalent
Wide ranging experience of office routines and procedures including arranging meetings/appointments
Experienced Minute taker
Good written & oral communication skills
