We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Senior Administrator/HR to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing administrative functions, supporting human resources processes, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in administrative support and HR to contribute to organisational efficiency and growth.
Duties
Support the day to day running of the practice and management of staff and patients
Work across departments covering where needed.
Oversee and maintain the HR and online training portals ensuring mandatory training and HR compliance is complete.
Coordinate recruitment activities
Organise risk assessments, compliance checks, maintenance work, run audits and other tasks as needed for day to day running
Manage correspondence and communication with internal teams and external partners through various channels.
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes and distribute key information to staff and patients
Manage complaints from patients, conducting investigations and responding appropriately
Maintain accurate records of employee information, training schedules, and performance reviews.
As well as any and all admin/HR/support required as deemed appropriate.
Support the nursing team organising clinics, health initiatives, ordering stock as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role with a strong understanding of human resources procedures.
Experience with data entry and record keeping
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of HR compliance standards and confidentiality protocols is essential.
Previous experience in a GP practice using SystmOne is desirable.
