Airbel--IRC's Impact Lab--designs, tests, and scales solutions for people affected by conflict and disaster. Amidst shrinking funding and growing need, the IRC's Best Use of Resources (BUR) team increases the impact and scale of humanitarian programming per dollar. BUR supports the IRC and the humanitarian sector to generate, synthesize, share, and use cost evidence.
We are seeking a Senior Advisor, Cost Evidence Advocacy to spearhead BUR's efforts to increase the use of cost evidence among humanitarian stakeholders, with a special focus on influencing government foreign aid. The Senior Advisor, Cost Evidence Advocacy will translate cost evidence into compelling policy narratives and advocacy strategies, and engage directly with stakeholders to ensure the take-up of cost evidence.
Reporting to BUR's director, the Senior Advisor, Cost Evidence Advocacy will dual report into IRC's Policy & Advocacy team and work closely with External Relations, Program teams, and counterparts within the IRC-led Dioptra Consortium. This position does not directly supervise others.
