Aesthetic Practitioner & Deputy Manager

Location: Just outside Birmingham City Centre | Free on-site parking

We're looking for a skilled and motivated

Aesthetic Practitioner

to join our established, medic-led clinic. This dual role combines delivering high-quality treatments with assistant management duties -- perfect for a senior therapist ready to take the next step.

What You'll Do:

Clinical & Client Care

Deliver advanced treatments: chemical peels, micro-needling, laser hair removal, body sculpting, and more. Provide personalised consultations and treatment plans. Maintain top hygiene standards and accurate client records. Educate clients on skincare and product recommendations.

Sales & Growth

Upsell and cross-sell treatments and skincare products. Support clinic manager in driving sales and following up leads. Build client loyalty to boost repeat bookings and referrals. Take part in marketing, promotions, and content creation (photo/video).

Deputy Management

Assist with daily operations and staff scheduling. Mentor junior team members. Help ensure smooth, high-quality client experiences. Contribute to team meetings and support operational goals.

What We're Looking For:

Level 4 qualification in Laser & IPL (required). A degree in aesthetics or level 6 equivalent (beneficial) Minimum 5 years in aesthetics + 2 years in a senior therapist role. Strong sales background with proven results. Excellent English communication skills. Leadership qualities and a team-first mindset. Professional, approachable, and client-focused. Flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Pay: 16.25-17.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
