About the Role:

A very exciting and rewarding position has become available for a highly skilled and experienced aesthetic practitioner, to join our highly regarded, well established skin and laser clinic, full time, in Bromley, Kent.

You will have already had 5+ years experience within a clinical practice, having knowledge in recommending and carrying out Laser Hair Removal and advanced skin treatments. You will be confident and tactful in conducting skin and laser consultations to both male and female patients, following up with any clients and reporting back to your clinic manager and director.

You must possess good knowledge in the most common skin concerns and conditions, be successful at converting, upselling and cross selling treatments and products, to maximize your clients results and skin transformations.

You must be familiar working in an environment that has set KPI's and targets, of which, you will have self-drive and self-motivation to hit or exceed.

You will already be skilled at building strong, close relations with your customers so they return to see you.

You will be responsible for growing your patient list by retaining existing business and converting new prospects into paid bookings to help drive and meet individual targets and clinic targets collectively. You must be able to communicate in a polite and professional manner, to both your customers and peers.

Your hourly rate will depend on your previous experience and will be discussed with you during the interview. Upon hitting targets set, you will also receive a very generous commission scheme. Further information will be discussed at the interview stage, should you request.

Requirements for the role

You will hold as a minimum certificates in/ equivalent to:

Beauty Therapy, NVQ LV 2, 3 and 4 Laser and IPL Level 4 Experience in treating using the Candela GentleMax Pro will be a plus Phorest system knowledge is preferred but not a necessity Experience working with Mesoestetics, Zo Skin Health and Tebi Skin is desirable

It is essential that anyone who wishes to apply for this role has at least 2-3 years experience in Laser Hair Removal and Advanced skin treatments and treatment consultations at the bare minimum. If you do not meet the requirements - please do not apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15.00-18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
