Senior Affiliate & Partnerships Executive



Role overview:



The Senior Affiliate & Partnership Executive will play a pivotal role in driving growth and optimising performance within the affiliate marketing/partnership channels. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to managing affiliate partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and executing affiliate strategies that align with overall business objectives, ensuring maximum ROI and sustainable growth. Taking responsibility for the Go Outdoors, Blacks, Millets and Naylors Affiliate programmes.



Responsibilities:



Oversee day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including onboarding, communication, and performance monitoring of partners. Maintain strong relationships with key affiliates and networks to drive incremental revenue. Collaborate with the Head of Performance to define and implement affiliate strategies that support acquisition and retention goals. Identify opportunities for expansion within the affiliate channel, including new partnerships and innovative campaign ideas. Monitor KPIs such as CPA, ROI, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights to improve performance. Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends. Assist in managing affiliate budgets, ensuring spend aligns with performance targets. Prepare monthly reports and forecasts for senior stakeholders. Ensure all affiliate activity adheres to brand guidelines and compliance standards. Monitor for fraudulent activity and take corrective measures when necessary.

Skills and experience:



Proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within a performance-driven environment. Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and attribution models. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable:



Experience in the outdoor or retail sector. Familiarity with tools such as Impact, Awin, or Rakuten. Knowledge of broader digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Paid Social).
