An exciting opportunity has become available for a

Senior Aftermarket Pricing Analyst

to join the team within Marston Green. We are open to hybrid working for this role. Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

What You Will Do:



Representing Marston Green acting as single point of contact for flight hour models, at all levels Understand and track Contractual Adherence Analysis and maintenance of the EFH models for your customers Report on the Estimate At Completion Track and provide recommendation on pricing Monthly margin analysis Monthly Flight Hour reviews with SLT Act as Voice of the Customer for Flight Hour Programmes Provide input through standard reporting tools and routes, e.g. S&OP Identify and implement continuous improvement ideas and methodology, in alignment with CORE Principles Contractual on Time Delivery (OTD) Management Month end close out and reporting Support customer account reviews Support external financial audit

Skills & Experience We Value:



Prior relevant experience within the Aerospace domain Proven Business Analytics experience Proficient in MS Excel Strong interpersonal skills with the ability for developing and maintaining robust relationships, both internally and externally Ability to think creatively and identify opportunities to increase margins A passion to take ownership and deliver Willing to travel and to work flexible hours to support communication across different time zones Ability to prioritise and manage owned tasks Strong attention to details
