franchise. Due to this growth, we're looking to recruit an experienced and motivated

Senior Aftersales Advisor

to lead our Aftersales Service Reception team.

The Role

As

Senior Aftersales Advisor

, you'll lead and support our front-of-house aftersales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience while ensuring team performance aligns with business objectives. You'll play a key role in coaching, motivating, and developing team members, while also handling customer queries and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the Service Advisor team to exceed customer satisfaction targets (NPS) Provide hands-on support and expert guidance to team members Handle escalated customer enquiries and resolve complaints effectively Manage the daily workshop diary using

RTC

to ensure efficient scheduling and timely job completion Oversee the allocation and handover of loan vehicles Communicate targets, track progress, and monitor team performance Ensure compliance with company values, policies, and service processes

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a dealership aftersales environment -

essential

Strong leadership or supervisory skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

A full UK driving licence -

essential

Familiarity with

systems is a bonus (training provided)
