We are looking for a Senior Agile Delivery Consultant to play a critical role in driving the success of the business by leading project teams focused on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

How You'll Shape Our Success




As well as leading project teams, your focus will also be to support our sales department in expanding existing accounts through effective discovery and consultancy activities and provide advice and recommendations, based on expertise and experience, to address client needs.


You will ideally have a variety of roles in a variety of domains in your background such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Lead. Familiarity with Cloud technology would be hugely beneficial along with experience in working on cross discipline projects - Data, AI/ML, Platform, App Dev, Security - in a consultancy environment. This is a customer facing role so strong presentation skills are important and there is a requirement for occasional travel to customer sites.

What You'll Do:




Business Analysis and Product Ownership:

Comprehensive analysis of current and target business operations, information systems, and technical infrastructures Estimate, plan and implement the analysis activity for projects and engagements; including leading the engagement with stakeholders to understand their requirements and sometimes challenge their value Effective functional and non-functional requirement elicitation, management and traceability Manage the backlog as 'Product Owner' on behalf of the client, maximise value delivered, validate features and support test activity Work closely with technical professionals to lead effective discovery to enable development of solutions that deliver value, understand business benefits and dependencies Delivering agreed outcomes from projects using appropriate management techniques, collaboration, leadership and governance.

Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework:

Tailor the Agile approach according to the project context; facilitate Agile events and assist others to understand the Agile approach and selected framework Coach others (inside & outside of the Agile Delivery function) on topics such as elicitation methods, estimation, iterative development etc Create and deliver presentations to demonstrate delivered features and explain how they meet client needs Effectively monitor and report Agile metrics against each allocated project Effectively monitor the delivery team compliance with Agile Delivery function standards Actively promote agile methodologies and frameworks as an organisational strength to customers

Agile Delivery Consultant - Overall:

Help to evolve the Agile Delivery function by sharing knowledge and skills and coaching more junior members of the team Improving organisational performance by developing the performance of projects and workgroups to meet agreed objectives with measurable results. Work with the Sales function to assist with project scoping/discovery activity and sales meetings to support expansion in existing accounts or new opportunities and help customers understand the value of Agile Delivery.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal, to manage external stakeholders effectively Proven leadership skills, with experience of leading both projects and teams Expert leading of Discovery activities and workshop facilitation Relevant BA and/or PO certification Relevant Agile certification
