Summary

We are seeking an AI Developer to join our dynamic team at ATLANTIS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LIMITED. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in artificial intelligence to develop innovative solutions that enhance our product offerings and improve client satisfaction. This position is integral to our commitment to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions.

As our Senior AI Engineer, you'll be at the intersection of product innovation, infrastructure scalability, and AI system design -- helping us build scalable platforms and solutions that deliver measurable intelligence and autonomy.

Responsibilities

? Architect end-to-end AI solutions: Lead the design and implementation of client-facing AI/ML projects, covering data ingestion, model development, and production deployment.

? Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation powered by Knowledge Graphs (e.g. Neo4j), combining semantically rich relational data with LLM context for robust reasoning.

? Use Neo4j and graph science techniques (e.g., community detection, shortest paths) to uncover insights and augment ML workflows.

? Build and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS and GCP (e.g. EKS/GKE clusters, AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions, VPC networking) to support robust ML services.

? Containerize applications with Docker and Kubernetes; automate deployments using Helm, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Terraform, etc.

? Build pipelines with drift detection (data drift, model drift, concept drift), model registries, feature stores, CI/CD, and monitoring using managed services like SageMaker, Vertex AI, Kubeflow, MLflow.

? Manage the AI project lifecycle in Agile fashion, define requirements, plan sprints, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.

? Work closely with product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs and iterate on feedback.

? Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and champion best practices in software development and MLOps.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

? 6+ years in building ML/AI systems in production, including cloud-native deployments (AWS/GCP)

? Architect RAG systems that integrate structured graph data with LLMs using Neo4j, Cypher queries, or similar graph engines.

? Practical experience leveraging LangGraph (or LangChain's agentic stack) to build graph-based agent workflows with loops, state management, and observability.

? Expertise with Neon (serverless Postgres) or similar cloud-native SQL databases (e.g. AWS Aurora Serverless, Google Cloud Spanner)

? Advanced Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) experience; proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Terraform, ArgoCD) to automate build and deployment pipelines.

? Expertise in Bayesian modeling (e.g., PyMC3, Stan), causal inference (DoWhy, EconML), time-series forecasting (Prophet, ARIMA, RNNs/LSTMs), and statistical validation for production models.

? Hands-on experience with ML/data pipeline tools such as Kubeflow and Kedro dagster.io (also familiar with Apache Airflow, Prefect, etc.).

? Proficiency with spatial data tools and libraries: GeoPandas, PostGIS, QGIS, GDAL, Shapely, etc., to integrate location intelligence into models.

? Demonstrated ability to drive projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); proficient with JIRA/Confluence and excellent stakeholder communication.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have

)

? Involvement in volunteer or open-source AI/data science initiatives (e.g. Kaggle competitions, DataKind projects).

? Knowledge of AWS and GCP security best practices: secure IAM design, least-privilege roles, network/VPC security, encryption, and compliance.

? Experience integrating automation platforms like Zapier, n8n, Make (Integromat) for rapid prototyping and workflow automation.

? Familiarity with AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Cloud Composer/Dataflow, and related managed ML services.

? Background in SRE/DevOps practices: automated testing, monitoring, rollback strategies and documentation.
