AI-powered features

-- and we're hiring a Senior

AI Engineer with hands-on ML & LLM experience

to help lead this next chapter.

What You'll Do



Design and implement AI features directly into our social media app (e.g., content moderation, smart recommendations, text summarization, face filters, etc.) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Flutter frontend, .NET backend) to integrate AI models into a production-ready mobile app Work closely with the

Product Team

to architect, prototype, and iterate on AI-powered features that align with user needs and business goals. Implement and evaluate other machine learning systems for vision, personalization, or moderation tasks Develop scalable APIs or pipelines for serving models (real-time or batch) using cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure) Contribute to internal tooling and MLOps processes to automate and monitor model deployment Stay up to date with the latest research in LLMs and applied machine learning and propose practical applications aligned with our product goals

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field Strong understanding of core

AI/ML theory

: neural networks, supervised/unsupervised/semi-supervised learning, reinforcement learning, clustering, deep learning, CNNs, and transfer learning Solid knowledge of

natural language processing (NLP)

: embeddings, tokenization, transformers, and evaluation metrics Familiarity with

computer vision techniques

: object detection, segmentation, facial recognition, OCR, and feature extraction Basic understanding of

generative models

: VAEs, GANs, diffusion models, and their practical use cases Knowledge of

graph-based learning techniques

: Graph Neural Networks (GNNs), graph embeddings, and their applications in social networks or recommendation systems

5+ years

of industry experience for Bachelor's or Master's holders, or

2+ years

for PhD holders, working on applied AI/ML systems

Proven experience with large language models (LLMs)

- including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or custom LLM deployments Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, and TensorFlow Experience deploying models to production via APIs, containers (e.g., Docker), and cloud ML platforms (preferably Azure) Strong software engineering practices: Git, testing, modular and maintainable code Ability to translate product ideas into scalable AI solutions Experience integrating AI features into

mobile

or

web

applications Background in recommender systems, content ranking, or computer vision If available, please include a list of your

publications
