About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/LLM Engineer to run our AI models fleet, build a comprehensive Conversational UX system, applying agentic capabilities, evaluation, and testing pipelines.


You will join the core product team, directly impacting the experience of millions of Praktika mobile app users, implementing top-notch conversational AI systems.

What you'll do in Praktika:

Manage and optimize the fleet of AI models to deliver the best user experience. Create a full-cycle pipeline of managing & deploying prompts, as well as introducing an evaluation framework and an automatic testing mechanism to increase AI content performance. Build agentic systems & AI-based features that drive conversational and educational UX. Design and deploy high-quality LLM prompts for real learning experiences.

What we are looking for from you:

Desire to solve the real-world challenge with the help of AI & LLM technologies. Deep expertise in AI and LLMs, with a solid understanding of LLM/transformers architecture and experience in implementing the latest LLM techniques. Proficiency in Python, with a proven track record of writing and maintaining production-grade backend code. Experience building production chat and dialogue agents with LLMs - conversation management, contextual memory, tool calling, ReAct, LangChain, and LangGraph libraries. Experience designing and implementing LLM evaluation systems, including automatic testing pipelines, qualitative/quantitative metrics, and performance benchmarking.
