About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to architect and build the core intelligence systems that power our voice AI platform. You will be responsible for developing production-grade machine learning systems that handle real-time voice processing, optimize operational costs through intelligent routing and resource allocation, and enable continuous learning across our multi-tenant architecture while preserving privacy.

This role requires someone who can translate cutting-edge research into robust production systems that process millions of requests monthly. You will work directly with our technical leadership to design and implement novel approaches to cost optimization, quality management, and intelligent orchestration of AI services. Your work will be fundamental to our competitive advantage and technical differentiation in the market.

Qualifications

You should have five or more years of experience in machine learning and AI engineering, with a proven track record of deploying production ML systems at scale. Deep expertise with large language models and modern AI frameworks is essential, as is strong proficiency in Python and distributed systems architecture. We're looking for someone who has successfully built and maintained ML systems that handle real-world production loads, with experience in cost optimization, real-time inference, and asynchronous processing.

Experience with voice or audio processing, natural language understanding, conversational AI systems, or real-time streaming architectures would be highly valuable. Familiarity with European data regulations and privacy-preserving machine learning techniques is a significant plus. We value candidates who have worked in startup environments and understand the pace and adaptability required in early-stage companies.
