Your Mission

Lead the design, development, and deployment of our AI-powered matching and data intelligence layer.

This is a founding-level role. You'll be shaping the IP, data models, and technical architecture that will define the next generation of AI-enabled real estate and people.

Core Responsibilities

Design and implement the LLM-driven matching engine. Build and train machine-learning models that analyse user behaviour. Integrate and optimise multi-source data pipelines. Lead AI experimentation (A/B tests, model evaluation, reinforcement learning loops). Develop and deploy real-time dynamic pricing algorithms. Collaborate closely with front-end and backend engineers to ensure seamless AI integration. Set up data-driven observability tools to monitor AI performance and ROI. Ensure architecture scalability to handle millions of daily active users.

Requirements

8 + years' experience in AI/ML engineering or data science for production apps. Proven success commercialising AI-driven consumer apps (10 K + concurrent users). Deep understanding of machine learning. Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face frameworks. Strong cloud experience (AWS SageMaker, Lambda, Amplify, EC2, RDS). Solid knowledge of data architecture, APIs, and high-volume data pipelines. Strong command of CI/CD, security, and scalability principles. Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work autonomously in a startup environment.
Preferred Experience

Previously worked at or built products for top-tier tech companies (Google, Meta, Microsoft, AWS, Airbnb, Booking.com). Experience in real estate, booking, or marketplace platforms. Experience deploying AI in React Native / mobile ecosystems. Prior participation in high-growth startups.

Compensation & Package

We're building an A-team -- and we pay accordingly.
