who is ready to take on greater ownership and responsibility across
transaction execution, client engagement, and strategic advisory mandates.
The Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting senior bankers on complex financial transactions including
mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and strategic advisory services
, while developing sector expertise within dynamic industries such as energy transition and technology.
Key Responsibilities
Build detailed
financial models
(P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow) and conduct
investment return analyses
(levered and unlevered IRR).
Perform
valuation analyses
using DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company methodologies.
Prepare and review
transaction deliverables
such as information memoranda, teasers, investor presentations, investment committee papers, and pitch materials.
Manage
information flow
between clients, advisors, and third parties during due diligence and transaction execution.
Prepare
target investor and buyer lists
for active mandates and business development initiatives.
Provide
transactional support
on live deals, including client communication, project coordination, and dataroom management.
Lead and mentor junior analysts and interns
, reviewing their work to ensure quality and accuracy.
Conduct
industry and company research
, develop market insights, and maintain updated sector databases and client target lists.
Actively support
business development efforts
by attending networking events, conferences, and maintaining professional relationships within the industry.
Uphold
compliance and ethical standards
, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline; MSc or MBA preferred.
3-4 years of relevant experience
in investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
Proven track record supporting or leading
end-to-end M&A transactions

Strong understanding of
financial modelling, valuation techniques, and accounting principles.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
(e.g., Bloomberg, Pitchbook).
Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Strong
attention to detail
, ability to manage multiple priorities, and deliver to tight deadlines.
