About the Role



This role is within our Corporate Hotels brokerage team, where we carry out single asset and portfolio, sell and buy side mandates for a wide range of clients across the UK and EMEA. We work seamlessly with our hotel dedicated teams throughout the UK and Europe.



We are now looking to recruit a resource to provide vital support for the Hotels corporate team. The primary purpose of the role is to support the team with the preparation of high-quality pitch documents and marketing collateral as well as being involved in the day-to-day running of mandates. It is envisaged that as well as providing this analytical support that you will also be responsible for running your own mandates under supervision from the corporate Directors.


We are seeking an ambitious individual with experience in the hotel industry, gained through work experience, internships, or education. At Christie & Co, we uphold high standards and are looking for someone with strong presentation and financial skills.

Duties and Responsibilities




Support the corporate hotels brokerage team
Prepare high quality brokerage pitch documents including market research and detailed financial analysis for the hotels team
Assist in the preparation and processing of marketing collateral for sales mandates including brochures, IM's and data rooms
Assist in ongoing project management and client reporting
Be responsible for your own business generation alongside the activities of the Directors of the team.




Person Specification




Skills & Experience




Exceptional analytical skills
Having familiarity with all hotel ownership and operational structures is essential including leases, management agreements, vacant possession, franchise agreements and income strips < ESSENTIAL
A degree in real estate, hotels, or a related field within the hospitality industry.
IT literate with excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency and strong power-point skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Good report writing skills
An eye for design (in the context of producing the marketing collateral)
Attention to detail and a pride in delivering work to an exceptional standard
A background in the hospitality sector is not essential - applicants with a real estate background will also be welcomed.
