  • Assist the Lead Analyst in the delivery of service within Pharmaceutical Vertical.
  • Be responsible for maintaining excellent output quality
  • Providing Monthly reconciliation reporting, where required.
  • Assess service additions and new onboarding requirements, ensuring capacity and capability can be met.
  • Documenting and maintaining training records, across the team as well as being responsible for the delivery of new and ongoing Pharmacovigilance training.
  • Investigating all Potential Service Quality Issues and recording Quality Control Step
  • Excellent communication and people skills, handling the day to day running of the Pharmaceutical team.

Requirements


The role of Senior Pharmaceutical Analyst will be responsible for creating, maintaining and delivering Pharmaceutical compliance training across the Pharma Vertical. This will need excellent communication, organisational skills and the ability to manage the day to day service delivery for our Pharmaceutical brands. This role often requires fast thinking and decision making to ensure a seamless service. Reconciliation of data, quality control steps and a deep understanding of both internal and external systems will be required to maintain the 100% SLA that this service offers. Knowledge of Pharmacovigilance and FDA requirements are vital in this role. Keeping up to date on the latest guidelines, communicating these to the Pharmaceutical Analysts, and wider business, is required.
  • 3 years experience in the delivery of Pharmacovigilance services
  • Previous line management experience
  • Strong understanding of FDA regulations and compliance
  • Proven experience of implementing and recording training programs
  • Ability to oversee day to day service delivery
  • Flexible, enthusiastic and confident working approach
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and willing member of a team
