Senior Analyst, Risk Transformation

to join our dedicated team. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering the MORE programme across our international offices, working alongside experienced risk, compliance, and project professionals.

The Opportunity



This is a unique chance to

contribute to a Fund-wide risk transformation programme

, supporting the implementation of key initiatives across international domains. As a Senior Analyst, you'll:


Collaborate within a "think tank" environment to proactively identify and solve implementation challenges. Contribute to the delivery of detailed plans, milestones, and artefacts for the MORE programme in international offices. Engage with stakeholders across Australia, New York, and London to ensure alignment and consistency. Support prototyping, testing, and implementation of risk solutions. Provide feedback and thought leadership to programme and domain teams. Motivate and inspire colleagues by demonstrating commitment to the Fund's values and leadership principles. Build and nurture trusted relationships across all levels of the Fund.
You'll work closely with the Senior Implementation Lead and a team of risk and project professionals, ensuring that the MORE programme's vision is brought to life in our international offices.



What You'll Bring



We're looking for a collaborative, analytical, and influential professional who thrives in a dynamic, global environment. To excel in this role, you'll need:


Strong knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks. Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. High personal integrity and professionalism in handling confidential matters. Experience building and maintaining high-quality relationships. Self-starter mentality, comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a small, agile team. Experience in risk management, ideally within financial services, investment management, or superannuation. Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools such as Archer. Ability to work with people from diverse disciplines and technical backgrounds.

Desirable:



Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, or Economics. Regulated industry experience, ideally in financial services. Project/delivery management experience. Strong reporting, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
