Are you an Architect with a passion for leading cutting-edge projects and making a significant impact in the industry? Do you possess extensive experience in pharmaceutical, R&D, commercial, or industrial, projects? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a dynamic team as a Senior Architect.

My client are an established multidisciplinary offering consulting, design, engineering, management and construction services. With a reputation for excellence and innovation, they take pride in their diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across various sectors. They have an in-house technical, design, engineering, procurement, project management and construction team who collaborate allowing the practice to independently take projects from start through to completion, as well as a global reach with offices located in the UK, US and Asia.

This is a great opportunity for someone with specialist experience looking to progress and become an integral part of an expanding team, you will get the chance to help develop a business whilst gaining more responsibilities that could lead to managing the architectural department in the future. Your technical expertise will be crucial in delivering exceptional results, and your architectural experience will be valued over specific software knowledge.

Key Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of architectural experience, with at least 4-5 years in the UK
  • Proven project experience in pharmaceutical, R&D, commercial, or industrial, sectors
  • Ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams through RIBA stages 3-4
  • Proficiency in Revit (preferred) or AutoCAD
  • Full UK right to work (no sponsorship available)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence liaising across disciplines, with stake holders, contractors and clients.
  • Ambition to progress into a department management role
