Senior Architect at Luxury Design Studio Central London 50,000-60,000 Hybrid (four days in office)

Responsibilities
Lead projects from concept through handover, managing design quality, programme and budget
Direct multidisciplinary teams, coordinating interiors, landscape and environmental consultants
Produce and oversee BIM models in Revit, integrating parametric workflows from Rhino and Grasshopper
Prepare planning submissions, client presentations and tender packages with clarity and confidence
Mentor Part II and newly qualified architects, supporting their technical growth and soft skills
Represent the practice at site, resolving complex construction issues and safeguarding design intent
Champion sustainable design strategies, materials research and low carbon detailing
Skills
ARB registration with a minimum six years post-Part III UK experience
Proven delivery of high value International residential, hospitality or mixed use projects
Expert Revit proficiency and solid knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper and Adobe CC
Excellent communication, leadership and client facing abilities
Passion for crafted luxury, placemaking and multidisciplinary collaboration
